A few years ago citizens of the state of California voted to legally define marriage as an institution between a man and a women. As I mentioned earlier in this blog, liberal judges overturned this law that was passed. In order to overturn the ruling made by the California Supreme Court it will take a constitutional amendment in the State of California. Prop. 8 if it is passed, will amend the constitution of California so that marriage will only be between a man and a women and will be not be overturned by libral judges.
